Voluntary Survey

As we enter a new phase of the Covid 19 pandemic, with vaccinations rising and Spring here, the Vestry would like to check in with parishioners to see how far down the vaccination path our congregation is. This survey is strictly voluntary and information will only be shared in the aggregate with no individual information shared. It will be used only for the purposes of church planning about indoor services.
