World Labyrinth Day
Saturday, May 4, marks the 15th annual World Labyrinth Day, a time when thousands of people globally will “Walk as One at 1” for peace. In other words, people are invited to walk a labyrinth at 1:00 PM in their local time zone. The idea behind this international observance is to create a rolling wave of unified healing energy around the world. We are fortunate to have an outdoor labyrinth at Trinity. All are invited to meet at the labyrinth at 1:00 PM on May 4 to be part of this global wave. Tell your friends!
Also on May 12th, we will be blessing the food that the Church School children have collected for the Little Pantry.
Led by clergy and trained listeners, support groups are
open to all. Groups are interfaith and non-sectarian.
Come, share your story, and receive and give support in a
confidential, non-judgmental listening space.

Christian Yoga
Trinity Episcopal Church is holding Christian Yoga classes. The sessions are held 7 pm - 8 pm in the Glover Community Room on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Led by Erin Lutz, a registered yoga teacher, Christian Yoga will blend yogic movements and breath work with scripture readings and prayer. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any props, such as yoga blocks. Participants are also asked to arrive ten minutes early so the class can start on time. Classes will be held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Additionally, classes will be available via Zoom. No yoga experience is necessary and all ages are welcome. Free will offering is voluntary and may be made in person or by Venmo.
