Enter the newly formed Growth
Accommodation Team (GAT). Staffed by a
cross-section of individuals from our parish family, this team is tasked with
developing and implementing a plan to accommodate the continued growth in our
church.
The GAT mission supports our long-range plan and is a
result of the two-year effort by our Vocational Discernment Committee. The Rev. Alice Mann, a leading expert on
church growth, validated that our data indicated the need for growth.

Progress-to-Date:
GAT started meeting in July and in a
short amount of time has developed a Mission Statement, Timeline, and
Communications Plan.
Communications Plan:
The team will use a variety of communication methods to
ensure that
the parish is kept abreast of the group’s activities, including:
ü
Restructuring for Growth Newsletter
ü
Parish-Wide Events
ü
Designated Liaisons to Communicate with Commissions,
Committees and Groups
Questions / Comments:
Please contact any team member with your questions or
comments. A copy of the book that GAT is
using during this process, One Size
Doesn’t Fit All, is available in our church library.
